Even with 2 short sale listings priced well below original sales prices, there have been no sales and there are no pending sales.

As of 12/10/08, inquiries have started to pick up, and we have 28 whole ownership listings available for sale. Interest rates have dropped and so have prices, so maybe we are nearing the bottom of our sales slump!  There are 27 fractional ownership listings. Prices range from $95,900 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit to $195,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
