Hale Kai is a 40 unit, low rise, fee simple gem on Lower Honoapiilani Road in Honokowai between Kaanapali and Kapalua.  It is just across from the Farmer’s Market and near Star Market and a variety of restaurants and shops.

The grounds, 1.29 oceanfront acres, are immaculate.  A short set of stairs take you down to an almost private beach.  You can snorkel, dive, swim and fish right in front of your own condo.

When you’re finished frolicking with the turtles that are frequently feeding among the reefs, you can rinse off and relax at the ocean side pool.  The lounge chairs, fresh water, warm sunshine and the sound of the waves breaking will put in the perfect mood.

Finish your day by grilling some fresh fish on the pool side barbeque. The Fish Market famous for fresh fish daily is just down the street.  You dine right by the pool.  Or better yet, go back up to your own place and dine alfresco on your own lanai while you watch yet another glorious Maui sun set.
