Since conception, Honua Kai has been designed to be the premiere destination condominium resort property in the Kaanapali area.  With competing resorts like the Kaanapali Alii, the Whaler, Kaanapali Shores and others, that is a tall order.  And the order is being filled.

Honua Kai sits on over 39.8 acres of oceanfront on the last stretch of Kaanapali Beach.  It’s right next to my favorite snorkeling spot.  The extensive grounds feature 3 pools, a great workout center and the recently announced Duke’s Restaurant.  

Honua Kai boasts 2 U shaped buildings on the beach.  The first of the 2 buildings, Hokulani, is set to be completed in late 2008 and ready for occupancy in January of 2009.
