The best thing about Kaanapali Shores 139 is its location.  That’s the opinion of the scores of visitors who have stayed in this comfortable ground floor condominium.  

Maui has a reputation for being low stress, laid back and hassle free.  When you arrive in Maui, you’re on Maui time!  So what could be better than getting off the plane, making your Costco run and driving right up to your front door and rolling in and relaxing?

The ground floor at Kaanapali Shores 139 has back door benefits too.  Just slide open the lanai (patio) doors and extend your living area to a tropical forest.  Read, relax and play in your little park setting right outside your back door. 


Kaanapali Shores 139 is a 717 square foot one bedroom condo.  The large living area and sofa sleeper makes it comfortable for 4 people or more.  The furnishings, which are included*, are high quality island style décor. 



The way the kitchen area is integrated into the living and dining area is one my favorite design features of this style unit.  I like to cook and eat (which is easy to see) and be with friends.  This kitchen has all new appliances, plenty of counter space and opens up to the living area and the great outdoors so you can cook and converse if you’re so inclined. 



If you’re not so inclined, you can enjoy the Kaanapali Shores Restaurant right on the property.  The menu has great variety, the service and food are good, it’s affordable and, as an owner you get the owner’s discount.

There are also some good dining spots across the street and the Star Market, one of the major supermarkets on the island, is also just across the street.  

The bathroom in Kaanapali Shores 139 has been renovated with new tile, mirrors and shower enclosure.  This is important because Resort Quest, the property management company is requiring certain renovations so this unit is well on its way.



The bedroom is very comfortable and private.  It has a king size bed, a full size closet (a big deal in Maui) a television and other good quality furnishings. 



The current owners have also done something unique by creating a work space in the hallway.  This quiet little out of the way space is a cozy spot to catch up on email or surf the web for great activities while you are relaxing and playing in Maui in your own slice of paradise, Kaanapali Shores 139.
